Biographies:

Steve C. Bell is the owner of BTM. Many of his achievements have been attained through ensembles involved with the Texas UIL, PASIC, TOB, and BOA. His DCI experience was acquired as a marching member with The Cavaliers and as a staff member with the Phantom Regiment. Steve is currently the Executive Director for a new Drum Corps called Momentum Drum & Bugle Corps that is currently in development based out of Columbia, Missouri. He is also a member of ASCAP, the Vic Firth Educational Team, the Texas Music Educators Association, and the Percussive Arts Society. Steve recieved a music scholarship in composition and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Texas.


Jim Allder has written drill for various high school bands throughout the United States including award winning units involved with the Tournament of Bands. Jim's DCI experience was obtained as a marching member with the Cadets. He is currently the Head Band Director for Greenbrier East High School located in Lewisburg, WV. Under his leadership, the GBE marching band has finished first in their TOB Chapter and has consistently made Finals at the TOB-ACC Championships. He will also be the the Visual Designer for a new Drum Corps based in Columbia, Missouri. Jim holds a Bachelor degree in Music Education from Marshall University.


Brian Carr has written music for highly successul bands involved with TOB and Texas UIL. He is a professional trombone player who has performed with ensembles such as the Shenandoah Symphony Orchestra and the Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra. Brian also serves as a Band Director for the Greenbrier School District in WV. Brian is a member of the International Trombone Association, The American Federation of Musician’s, and MENC. He will also be the Brass Arranger for a new Drum Corps based out of Columbia, Missouri. Brian holds Bachelor degrees in both Jazz Performance and Music Education from West Virginia University.
